The Problem
With the COVID-19 restorations on face coverings, we were tasked with the most challenging wearable tech problem to date: for her mid-pandemic VMA 2020 performance, Lady Gaga wanted a one-of-a-kind mask that was protective, sound-reactive, and wouldn’t interfere with her ability sing live on set.

The Approach
Our industry-leading wireless communication systems were a perfect match for a one-of-a-kind, wearable, pandemic-safe solution. We utilized breath-flow technology & a state-of-the-art ventilation system.

The Results

Immediately after the awards show aired, we were bombarded with requests for custom versions of the mask. Fans made their own working versions, and the social media response was overwhelmingly curious and positive.

Lady Gaga loved the mask so much she even asked us to reprogram the mask to use again for her VOTE campaign around the 2020 election.
